Do you have one or more of the following faults with your shower?

Water continuously dripping from the shower head

Controls stiff to operate

If any of the above faults sound familiar, we recommend that you order a new thermostatic cartridge. Part Number: CART5
The Cartridge Assembly consists of parts 9,10,11,12,13 & 14.
